We will automatically confirm product availability with our warehouse.In Stock: Orders will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours.
Out of Stock: If the item is unavailable or on backorder, we will contact you promptly to offer the option of waiting for restock or receiving a full refund.
- Preorder Items: If your order includes a preorder item, it will be shipped according to the estimated dispatch time listed on the product page. Preorders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order.Once the package has been shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
Refused deliveries will result in return shipping fees being deducted from your refund.
Return Policy
Eligible Items
Only LED Grow Lights are eligible for return or exchange.Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Grow Tents and Grow Tent Kits are final-sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive a tent with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to assist.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a damaged or defective product,please contact us with valid proof (photos/videos),and the buyers do not have to bear the shipping costs..
